Lady Gaga dressed in an elegant pale pink long dress, pearl necklace and a manicured bun as she took a walk down Paris' street.

Clearly overwhelmed by Lady Gaga's presence, one female fan groped her right boob before a minder stepped in and kept her at bay. Lady Gaga was a little shocked by the action but quickly composed herself.
