Madonna's transformation into a youthful butterfly when she fluttered around on the red-carpet for the premiere of her directorial début W.E, at the 68th Venice Film Festival 2011, wearing a floor-length blueish grey adorned with striking red butterflies gown designed by Italian designer Vionnet.
The 53 year old singer-director looked just as youthful as 15 years ago where she starred as "Evita".
It was reported that the singer has spent a lot of time and money to keep up her young look including human placenta treatment. Madonna completed her gown with diamond dangling earrings and multiple diamond bracelets.
